LockOut and TagOut (LOTO) Training
About The Course
Lockout and Tagout (LOTO) training provides employees with an essential understanding of the methods for isolating equipment from hazardous energies, including electricity, mechanical, kinetics, hydraulic, and pneumatic energies, which are likely to cause fatalities or severities to employees outlined in the specific Lockout and Tagout program.
The training also reviews detailed written checklists, proper locking mechanisms to be used, energy control procedures for the systems and equipment serviced and maintained by group personnel.
What I will learn?
At the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Be familiar with the current Lockout and Tagout practices/ equipment/ procedures/ forms and further improvements needed.
- Able to check & maintain and look for the deteriorating conditions of the current protective mechanisms.
- Able to effectively apply the procedures and equipment used (Do’s & Don’ts).
- Able to apply the learnings and make Safety an essential working culture
