About The Course
Companies are concerned about the environmental and health and safety issues arising from the handling, storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals. This course is designed to train the participant in understanding the Local Exhaust Ventilation operation and maintenance.
Local exhaust ventilation (LEV) is a common and important way of controlling exposure. But according to studies done in Malaysia, it is found that LEV is often poorly designed, applied and maintained and doesn’t effectively control exposure.
The implementation of LEV in major projects across Malaysia holds the promise of revolutionizing exposure control and significantly reducing occupational diseases, marking a pivotal step towards a safer and healthier work environment.
